Slocum glider data were collected during a Lake Ontario deployment from 2013-08-07 through 2013-08-28. The glider initially deployed from Oswego, NY. The glider traveled northwest but ADCP errors from 2013-08-12 through 2013-08-17 caused sporadic instrument recording. The glider returned to Oswego for repairs, then returned to the deployment path. The path included a pass near Rochester Bay and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Note, the glider was deployed in areas of Lake Ontario with at least 30 m of depth. The glider collected vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), and backscatter between depths of 0 and 100 m.
